When and Where: I took this photo in downtown Birmingham by some train tracks. It was sometime mid July.
I think the picture really shows the reality of areas like this. That lots of us truly are blessed to have what we have. Plus the story behind how this shoe got here and who it belonged to just brings out my curiosity.
